One address, read by the carpenter who builds the plans.
Writing about a plan you bought
Include your wall link, or the email address you paid with — either one finds your purchase. Say what looks wrong and, if you can, which sheet it is on.
What gets answered here
- A faulty plan — a cut list that disagrees with the drawing, pieces that do not add up to the wall you entered. A corrected plan is provided by hand, free. See the refund policy.
- A lost plan — a link you no longer have, or a browser you have cleared.
- Questions before buying — whether a pattern suits your wall, what the plan includes, what the 10″ allowance covers.
- Privacy requests — a copy of what is held about you, or its deletion. See the privacy policy.
What this is not
It is not a design service and not an installation service. Instant Wall sells the drawing and the cut list; the wall is yours to build, and your measurements are yours to verify — the terms say so plainly.
