All sales are final. A plan is delivered the instant you pay, so there is nothing to return — but a plan that is wrong because we got it wrong is fixed, free, by hand.

An Instant Wall plan is a digital download, generated and delivered the moment payment completes. No refund is issued once a plan has been generated.
This is stated before you buy, not after: this page is linked in the footer of every page on this site, including the page you start your wall from.
If the generator produces a faulty plan
Different thing entirely. If the plan you paid for is faulty — the cut list disagrees with the drawing, the pieces do not add up to the wall you entered, a sheet fails to render — a corrected plan is provided manually, at no charge.
Email plans@instantwallapp.com with your wall link, or the email address you paid with, and what looks wrong. You are not asked to buy a second plan to get a correct one.
If you typed the wrong number
This is the common case, and it does not need a refund — it is already free.
Your measurements can be adjusted up to 10″ either way at no cost, and the drawing and the cut list rebuild for the new size. A wall you measured at 144″ that turns out to be 138″ is covered; so is one that turns out to be 152″. The allowance is recorded against your purchase at the moment you buy, so a later change to this policy cannot narrow the band you were sold.
Past 10″ either way it is a different wall, and a different wall is a new plan.
